A Dream Wedding by Starla is family owned business operated by Starla Rees of Roy, Utah. She is the mother of eleven children ranging in age from 6 to 25 years. Starla is the wedding consultant, wedding decorator, cake decorator, and makes the flower arrangements, bridal bouquet, etc. for A Dream Wedding by Starla. She has a passion for wedding decorating, and enjoys working with brides, grooms and mothers in helping plan their perfect wedding. She is married to Michael Rees who manages the marketing, accounting, web page development, and operations of the business. He has a degree in Business Administration and has been an accountant and computer programmer for over 20 years. We are always happy to serve you in any way we can.
